Rates & Insurance

Please contact the office to inquire regarding rates for specific services.

The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We are currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. If your insurance is not currently being carried, please contact the office to discuss how your payment can be reimbursed.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. After contacting the office, you will find out answers to the following questions:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Appointments that are not cancelled 24 hours beforehand will be charged the full fee.
