OMNE & Co. (formerly L.C. Braxton Counseling) was founded in 2013 by Dr. L. Camille Braxton, DA, LCMHCS, NCC. While working with our counselors, you will develop tools to help navigate through the complexities of life. Everyone experiences the various emotions that accompany life transitions. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, our trained counselors offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client’s individual needs. You will be able to achieve clarity, balance, and a renewed perspective through counseling. We help our clients overcome a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues through implementing various modalities of therapy. Our counseling headquarters are based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Our specialty is helping professional women achieve work-life balance, while removing the enemies of stress, anxiety, depression and grief. Many of our clients are women who have achieved corporate success and happiness by the world’s standards, but internally, they’ve suffered from depression or anxiety due to unhealthy pressure and a lack of balance. Through our nurturing approach and intuitive insight, we are able to identify the underlying issues affecting our clients and help them create personal success plans that lead to peace and prosperity.
Our founder is Dr. L. Camille Braxton, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor as designated by North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. She is also a Nationally Certified Counselor. Dr. Braxton earned a Doctor of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern University, as well as a Master of Education in Counselor Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed a Bachelor of Social Work from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Dr. Braxton has been providing mental health therapy in the Raleigh area for over 10 years. She has experience with in-patient and out-patient treatment.
I work closely with professional women who are looking to gain clarity and balance in all aspects of their lives. I also focus on depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
Being a business owner and a woman of color, I understand the challenges and exhaustion that many professional women face. I am well aware of the trials, tribulations, and burnout that many of our peers experience. I will work with you to achieve a healthy work-life balance, so you can be the happiest version of yourself inside and outside of work. I also focus on managing anxiety, depression, and coping with life changes. We will collaborate to uncover stressors in your life and create a unique plan to understand and overcome the things that you feel are holding you back. Life and emotions are unpredictable; we will strengthen your abilities to feel in control and confident again. I have been providing mental health therapy in the Raleigh area for over 10 years. I have experience with in-patient and out-patient treatment, as well as working with adolescents in a school setting.

I ensure the machine is well-oiled, and I'm good at what I do! I interact with insurance companies to determine if our procedures and services are covered by the client’s plan and verify the copay amount. I submit claims and review payments to ensure that we are properly reimbursed.
